Jindabyne Training Programme
Cycling is first on the training programme each day. Riders are separated into one of three groups according to ability and placed under the supervision of a Team Leader. Group ride distances range from 80km to 170km. Each Team Leader is responsible for making sure everyone understands the rules of the ride which are there for the collective safety of the group.
A fully equipped support vehicle is assigned to each group and is present throughout every ride .
A swim or run session is held during the afternoon period and is supervised by an accredited Triathlon coach.
